My favorite pizza joint! Great food, awesome customer service, and affordable prices!

My hubby has eaten here a number of times. He kept telling us we all need to go sometime! Well, sometime was on Valentine’s Day! Everything we had was DELICIOUS! It was busy, hubby said it always is, so don’t go if your in a time crunch. But!! The wait was worth it! And the serving -HUGE! We each got 2 slices -and had enough leftovers for tomorrow! Plus I think the quality is A LOT better than the chain places!

We stopped in from the bike path and the pizza was excellent. Also, the service was great. They were busy and it took around 15 minutes. The employees were all super friendly.

Awesome ownership. Such a cool repurpose of an old hardware store, even with the fumigation fan blowing the smell of pizza to the street. The event rooms are really cool and the food is great all around.

Food is always awesome!Server tried to "remember" our order but forgot my wife's salad. Not a biggie, but a loss in revenue for the restaurant and server for not selling the salad. At least it wasn't on the bill. But the chicken bacon ranch! OMG! You gotta get some!

Thieves! Been a rash of people who are ordering from Pisanello's via credit/debit card and whoever is taking the order has been helping themselves to $50 tips from it.... Bad news, that pizza isn't THAT good!

Neat location on the corner in downtown Franklin, OH. Reasonably priced, tasty homemade dough and toppings. Service was prompt and courteous. Ambience was preferred.

Nice little pizza place in Franklin Oh. They toss the dough by hand which is fun to watch. We ordered 2 slices and a hot Italian sub, very good! Took a little over 20 mins but I guess it was worth it.

Went for a 50th anniversary party and everything went very well. Nice hall and decorations, a photographer was included and the food was very good especially the meat balls. Great place to eat and very family friendly.

Foods always great but you have to get your own refills most of the time

I would recommend giving Pisanellos a try. I order a deluxe and was very good. Small town pizza parlor atmosphere, which I loved! Staff was friendly! Give them a try!

I was going for a door dash pick up order and was greeted quickly by an employee behind the counter. My delivery wasn't quite ready but I was told how long it would be. Very nice experience compared to other restaurants with door dash service. The dining room was clean and set up nicely. Lots of people working, not short handed at all. I will be a returning customer.

They have great pizza. The servers are super friendly. And it is also a really neat old building with cool decor hanging on the walls.

If in Franklin ohio and your hungry for 🍕. Try Pisanellos! New York style with ohio love. Also can watch them make pizza from sidewalk, they make it right in the front window. Watch em throw up the dough like a pro.!

The food was great, along with very friendly staff! I really enjoyed the hot italian sub I ordered - there was a good amount of meat, and the bread was delicious! Friends I was with ordered the cheese bread, which looked yummy! Another friend got the 2 slice lunch deal; the slices are HUGE! I definitely recommend trying it out if you have a chance!

Great place to grab a slice and relax. Their crust is amazing and I'd highly recommend the cheesey bread.

Great pizza, great service provided by TLC catering. We visited the upstairs area for a memorial service. Food, service, and facilities were great. Definitely recommend.

Dined in. Service was good. The mural on the wall is very nice. The iced tea was really weak and didn't taste great. The pizza tasted okay but the sauce had a taste that was too sweet for me. The cheese was plain. The plastic plates they used were scratched up and I had to return one because it had dried cheese on it. The silverware was covered in white powder that I could wipe off with my finger-maybe from the hard water or dish soap. The interior is run down and there was tape on our seat to fix a tear and it was peeling up. There are scuff marks on the wall. It is loud in the dining area and cool air comes in from the front door.

We held a benefit for Dean and we had a pizzas tossed salad. We had 2nd floor and 3rd floor of this historic building. The main floor serves the public. When I walked by I could See the dilicious variety of Italian food.

Great gathering place for family or team events. Sometimes they are understaffed, and service suffers, otherwise this is a family friendly and reliable place.

I ride my bike here from dayton every once in a while. It’s a great place to eat and the pizza is so good! I love how close it is to the bike path and easily accessible. Staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh, from scratch and delicious.

We r a an g regulars but we gave this place a try an it's just as good! We got fast delivery and amazing food! It's going to change things up!! We have ordered now a couple times.

Love the food. But they are never true to hours posted. Whoever runs the store needs to make sure employees are fair to costumers. Sundays are always closing early. Delivery times are horrible. They have recipes down food is on point. But service needs work.

Price is perfect and pizza is great maybe one of best places around and they serve a lot of different dishes

Food is pretty good! My daughter's favorite and mine is that kids get to make their own personal pizza! Prices are pretty good as well!

Service is always friendly, the bread sticks and pizza taste great. If you have a large group of people you can get a huge pizza called the reaper. If you have little kids they can make their own pizza off the kids menu. We really love the Franklin Philly it is a delicious sub.

Great pizza and cinnamom sticks! Good prices too. They were hard to get ahold of so we just drove up there and ordered at the register, it only took 15 mins. Hand tossed, the dough was super good! Honestly im only ordering pizza from here from now on
